Having Issues in-game?
See a glitch or bug? Darn! Well, even the best developers miss a bug or two. Although we can't iron out every problem, in order for us to better solve your issue, please provide 3 of the following:
*1 - A detailed description of what happened (so our developers can replicate it)
*2 - In-Game Name (located in the inventory menu)
3 - (Optional) Screenshot of what you experienced, if possible
If you absolutely need to share an image, we recommend using this portal on mobile, and taking a screenshot with your phone. Leaving Feedback & Suggestions:
Having great ideas or recommendations for our game is downright awesome! In fact we highly encourage it, but it's no fun if we can't respond to everyone in a timely manner. Shifting through problems and suggestions may confuse our developers. To solve this, just do this one step:
Add "Suggestion" in the title.
Tickets with Suggestion in the title will NOT receive a response, but ALL will be seen/recommended to our developers
When will I Receive a Reply?
Tickets sent during the weekend will not be answered until the following week day. We will try to reply to tickets as soon as we can. Tickets are answered Mon-Fri 10am-6pm PST USA
